TO Know
Before Your Party
We want to make sure your gaming party with our mobile video game truck runs seamlessly, so please take a moment to review the details below.
NO Food Or Drinks
Because we have so many electronics in the trailer, and for the safety and comfort of the other guests, we do not allow food or drinks inside the trailer. Please make sure that your guests are aware of this policy.
Additionally, if you are serving food at your party, please be mindful of the kinds of food you offer and ensure that guests properly wipe or wash their hands before coming to play.
Event Wrap Up
When it's time for the games to end and for us to head home, we find it very helpful for your guests (especially children) to have another activity planned which will encourage them to leave the trailer and our setup area. This could be opening presents, heading inside for lunch / dinner, eating cake, or anything else!
By moving the guests to another location, this will ensure we are able to close up the trailer and be out of your way in a timely fashion.
Billing
Unless you have made other arrangements, your credit card on file will be automatically billed the day after the party. You will receive an email reminder about this payment and can contact us if any changes need to be made (such as using another credit card, or another form of payment).
