WHERE IT WORKS
Inside, or in the shade
Indoors is best
A living room, garage, gym, classroom or fellowship hall. A clear 10×10 ft area is ideal, and 6×6 ft works well too. Indoors, the headset tracks reliably whatever the weather.
Our shade tent, on the right days
When the light cooperates, we can set up VR outside under our shade tent, right next to the trailer. We’ll look at your space and the forecast with you before the party.
Why sunlight matters
VR headsets use cameras to follow your hands and movement. Too much bright sunlight throws that tracking off, so we keep VR out of the direct sun.

QUESTIONS
VR FAQ
What VR games do you have?
Beat Saber, Vader Immortal, table tennis, The Climb and more. Tell us who’s playing and we’ll help choose games that fit your group.
Can we do VR outside?
Sometimes! VR works best indoors. On some days we can set up under our shade tent, but too much sunlight interferes with the headset’s tracking, so we’ll check your space and the forecast with you first.
How much space does VR need?
Ideally a clear 10×10 ft area, though 6×6 ft works well too. Short on room? Many games can be played standing in one spot or even sitting down, so tell us about your space and we’ll make it work.
How much does VR cost?
VR is an optional add-on, quoted separately from the gaming party. Ask about it when you book and we’ll confirm the price.
